Query history
Every statement you've executed — searchable, filterable, replayable.
Cocobox records every query you run: the statement, the connection, the result-row count, the duration, and any error. The history panel makes it browsable.
Open history
Right-click anywhere in the editor → Query history, or click the clock icon in the sidebar.
Default view: your queries, last 7 days, newest first.
Filters
- Connection — narrow to one DB.
- Status —
ok/error/cancelled. - Duration — slow queries:
> 5s. Fast feedback loops:< 100ms. - Statement kind —
SELECT/UPDATE/DDL. - Time range — relative (
24h,7d,30d) or absolute. - User — for workspace admins, see queries from all members.
Re-run from history
Click any entry → Open in editor. The original statement loads with the original connection pre-selected.
”Promote” a history entry
Found a query you’ll need again? Click Save as snippet to lift it from history into the snippet library, where it gets a name, tags, and version control.
Retention
| Plan | Retention |
|---|---|
| Trial / Starter | 30 days |
| Team | 365 days |
| Enterprise | 365 days, exportable to your bucket |
After retention, the entry is purged from your view. The corresponding audit log entry stays for the audit retention window, which is usually longer.
